This is a perfect, budget friendly option available to anymore and anywhere! Our E-Design packages include:

  • A custom set # of board designs needed
  • A custom Shopping list of items to purchase
  • A Spec-Sheet with everything you need from placement to how-to guides!
  • Set # of revisions (sometimes things need tweaking!)
  • Virtual guidance and help! We want to make sure it’s perfect!

Occupied Staging

Are you planning on selling your home and need help sprucing up the space? We offer a full service occupied staging package!

  • Phone consultation
  • Onsite walkthrough. We walk the space with you, “shopping the home” for items we can use, items to remove, and even cosmetic things that we feel will help sell your home faster, and for more money!
  • Schedule your staging day! once you have received your home assessment, we will schedule a day to pull our sleeves up and get your house ready for the market! Don’t want to help or need to work? No problem! We will take care of it for you!
