FAQ

What is Occupied Staging?

Occupied home staging is when the home is staged while the sellers are still in the home and using the furnishings and decor the seller currently has in the home. This is a very affordable option and perfect for those that cannot move out of the home until the sale is made. We meet with the homeowner and/or the agent, do spend 2-3 hours in the home assessing every room, both inside and out. The seller and the agent are provided with a typed 10+page home report of recommended cosmetic changes needed, an open house checklist, as well as a shopping list of recommended items to purchase to help the stage of your home. Homeowners have the option to shop themselves, or we can do the shopping for you. You can either take all the information that is given to you to do the staging yourself OR you can choose to have us come back in, roll our sleeves up, and spend either a 1/2 or full day of staging your home.

Do you have Realtor Partnership programs available?

Yes! We offer multiple packages for agents who prefer to pay for this service for their clients for them, allowing them to offer their clients a wide range of assistance in ensuring they are getting the biggest bang for their buck and top dollar for their home, and earn the money back from the homeowner at close of escrow.

Do you offer different staging packages and options?

Absolutely! We have multiple packages and options to choose from depending on your budget, time frame, and needs. This includes mini makeovers, to full day staging and shopping, even options to have us come in the day your listing photos are being done to ensure your home is in tip top shape!
